摘要
文章通过介绍高校图书馆办公室工作人员的综合素养,分析综合素养培养的必要性,探索如何提升综合素养,以期对帮助办公室工作人员提高工作能力和工作效率有所助益。
This paper introduces the comprehensive quality of personnel in the office work of university library, and analyzes the necessity of comprehensive literacy training, to explore how to improve the comprehensive quality, in order to be helpful to improve the ability to work to help office staff and work efficiency.
