摘要
通过把相互独立且寿命服从不同的Rayleigh分布的n个元件串联,利用最小值分布法证明了串联系统的寿命保持服从Rayleigh分布不变。其次,分别在全样本场合和定数截尾样本场合下,利用极大似然法得出了组成系统的各部件寿命参数的极大似然估计。
By cascading the n independent components whose life obeys Rayleigh distribution, it is proved that the distribution of the series connection system still obeys Rayleigh distribution using the method of minimal value distribution. Secondly, the digital characteristics, failure function, reliability function are obtained. As to the pa- rameters of the system, their MLE are given under to situation, that is full sample occasion and fixed number truncation occasion.
