摘要
神华煤直接液化项目煤液化产生的高浓度污水含有硫、氨、酚等,其有机污染物浓度高、生物毒性大、可生化性差,尚没有成功的此类污水处理经验可以借鉴。通过对煤直接液化污水的开发与应用,有效解决了高浓度污水处理难题,通过对污水中硫、氨、酚回收和对高浓度污水采用高级氧化等水处理技术,实现了污水资源化利用,处理后的产品水达标回用于电厂,为煤直接液化项目的污水处理提供了工程示范。
Coal direct liquefaction project generates a high concentration of wastewater containing sulfur, ammonia, phenol, etc. The system has high concentrations of organic pollutants, biological toxicity and has poor biodegradable properties. There is no successful wastewater treatment experience yet that we can learn from. Through the development and application of non- direct liquefied wastewater, the problem of high concentration of wastewater treatment is solved effectively. Through reclaiming sulfur, ammonia and phenol in wastewater and using the process of Advanced Oxidation Process to treat high concentration wastewater, the chemicals in the wastewater can he reclaimed and the qualified product water can be reused in power plant. This project has been a demonstration for treatment of coal direct liquefaction wastewater.
