摘要
为了提升纺纱各工序清洁管理的水平,降低成纱与织物疵点,通过精梳机顶梳清洁器清洁次数与精梳条、细纱、络筒剪切次数、布面质量疵点的试验分析,说明随着精梳机顶梳清洁器清洁次数的增加,精梳条、细纱、筒子纱的疵点逐步减少,且细纱断头率、飞花数量、自动络筒机的剪切次数进一步下降,布面常见危害性疵点都得到有效控制;详细阐述精梳机顶梳清洁器及其使用次数增加后的使用效果和优越性。指出:精梳机顶梳清洁器的使用打破了常规纺纱厂的清洁模式,其清洁效果和清洁效率均明显优于人工清洁,既可以减少精梳条细小疵点,又可以减少细纱、筒子纱细小纱疵;未来纺纱过程中纺纱通道、纺纱器材的保全保养清洁等都会采用智能化、数字化的在机自动清洁装置,清洁次数更合理、清洁效率更高效、清洁效果更有利于疵点控制。
To improve cleaning management level in spinning processes, and to reduce yarn and fabric defects,test analysis of the number of the top comb cleaner,combed sliver, spun yarn, and the number of winding shearing, and surface defects of fabric proves that with the increase of the number of top combing performance, the number of the combing sliver, spun yarn, and the bobbin yarn reduces gradually,and more, breakage of the spun yarn, the number of flying waste, and the winding shearing number decline further.Common cloth defect with hazards are controlled effectively.Detailed description is done to the cleaner of the top comb and the application effect and the advantage.It is pointed out that use of top comb cleaner is a breakthrough of the conventional cleaning mode, for its cleaning effect and cleaning efficiency is better than manual cleaning.It can reduce not only the fine defects of combed sliver,but also reduce minor defects of the spun yarn,and bobbin yarn.In future spinning process, maintenance and cleaning of textile accessories will be robotized and digitalized on line.The cleaning number will be wiser and more effective and will be more conducive to the defects control.
