基于煤层气的新型压裂用有机硼交联剂BX-Y 被引量:2

摘要 采用硼酸盐和有机配体D-果糖制备了新型有机硼交联剂BX-Y,并将BX-Y与羟丙基胍胶进行交联反应配制了BX-Y交联压裂液。考察了BX-Y的合成条件对其交联性能的影响,并利用高温滤失仪对BX-Y交联压裂液的室内性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,合成BX-Y适宜的条件为:m(硼酸盐)∶m(配体)=1∶2,硼酸盐用量13%(w)(用量均基于反应体系质量),催化剂用量2%(w),反应时间6 h,反应温度80℃。BX-Y交联压裂液体系的静态滤失量小,耐剪切性能较好,形成的压裂液冻胶在60℃、170 s^(-1)下剪切60 min,体系表观黏度大于200 m Pa·s,破胶彻底,破胶液黏度低,满足现场应用需求。采用D-果糖制备的BX-Y交联压裂液的渗透率恢复值达85%以上,伤害低,具有较好的储层保护效果。 A new organic boron crosslinking agent(BX-Y) was synthesized from borate and D-fructose as organic ligand, and a BX-Y cross-linked fracturing fluid was prepared from BX-Y and hydroxypropyl guar gum through cross-linking reaction. The effects of synthesis conditions on the crosslinking properties of BX-Y were investigated. The indoor properties of the BX-Y cross-linked fracturing fluid were evaluated by means of high temperature filter. The results indicated that the optimum conditions for synthesizing BX-Y were re(borate) : m(ligand) 1 : 2, borate dosage 13%(w) (based on the mass of reaction system), catalyst dosage 2%(w), reaction time 6 h and reaction temperature 80 ℃. The static filtration loss of the BX-Y cross-linked fracturing fluid system was small and its shear resistance was good. The apparent viscosity of the fracturing fluid was more than 200 mPa · s under the conditions of 60 ℃ and shearing 60 min at 170 s1. The system could be broken down and the viscosity of the gel was low, which could meet the demand of scene application. The permeability recovery of the BX-Y crosslinker fracturing fluid prepared from D-fructose was more than 85% with low damage and good reservoir protection.
