摘要
目的:观察乳腺癌组织中微淋巴管和微血管的分布情况及其与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性。方法:选取60例乳腺癌患者作为病例组,按年龄匹配选取60例乳腺增生性疾病患者作为对照组。采用D2-40、CD34分别标记2组患者组织标本的微淋巴管和微血管后进行密度计数,对微淋巴管密度和微血管密度与临床病理特征的相关性进行分析。结果:病例组微淋巴管密度平均值为5.32±3.81,微血管密度平均值为65.34±24.18。病例组D2-40蛋白表达水平和CD34蛋白表达水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微淋巴管密度和微血管密度与乳腺癌患者年龄无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤直径、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),乳腺癌组织中微淋巴管密度与微血管密度成正相关(r=0.684,P<0.05),微淋巴管高密度组和低密度组之间、微血管高密度组和低密度组之间患者的生存时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:微淋巴管密度和微血管密度与乳腺癌患者肿瘤直径、临床分期、淋巴结转移密切相关,与预后无明显相关性,与乳腺癌复发和远处转移密切相关。
Objective: To detect the expressions of microvascular density (MVD) and micro lymphatic ves-sel density (LVD) in breast cancer tissues, investgate the relationship between MVD, LVD and clinical pathologi-cal features of breast cancer. Methods: A total of 60 cases of breast cancer patients were selected as the patients group, and 60 cases of proliferative diseases of mammary gland patients were selected as the control group. By adopting D2-40 marker of lymphatic endothelial cells and CD34 marker of vascular endothelial cells, breast cancer MVD and LVD were counted separately under a microscope. The relationship between expressions of MVD, LVD and clinical pathological features also were analyzed the relationship between expressions of MVD, LVD of breast cancer patients. Results: In the patients group, the average value of LVD was (5.32±3.81), and the average MVD was (65.34±24.18). The protein expression level of D2-40 and CD34 in the patients group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05), there is no correction of patients’ age with LVD and MVD (P〉0.05), there was correction of tumor size, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis with LVD and MVD (P〈0.05), and MVD and LVD were positively correlated (r=0.684, P〈0.05). There was no signifcant difference in survival time between higher LVD group and lower LVD group, higher MVD group and lower MVD group (P〉0.05). Conclusion: LVD and MVD are closely related with tumor diameter, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients, and no signifcant correlation with prognosis, which was closely related tobreast cancer recurrence and distant metastasis.
