摘要 在双探头近距离的超声波测距系统中,存在着测量精度不高的问题,并且距离越近误差越大,在测量距离小于10 cm时,由于探头之间的相互影响,将导致无法测量该段距离。本系统根据超声波传播过程中的叠加原理,通过分析探头之间干扰波与从被测物反射的回波的相互叠加,从而消除在近距离测量时的测距盲区。在发射和接收探头之间距离不同时,分析其对测量误差的影响,选择最理想的探头放置距离,并且结合温度对声速传播的影响,设计出近距离高精度无盲区超声波测距系统。 In the dual probe short range ultrasonic measuring system, there is a problem that the measurement accuracy is lower. More closer and more greater error will occur. When the distance is less than 10 cm, the blind area will lead to can not measure in this short distance, be-cause of the interaction of the probe. According to the superposition principle of the ultrasonic wave propagation, by analyzing the echoes wavesuperjDosition of wave interference from probes and the echoes reflected from measuring object, it eliminates blind area at close range. When the distance between the transmitting and receiving probes is not the same, it analyzes the effects of t!ie measuring error to the result, and finds the most suitable distance. Considering the effect of temperatiure to the speed of sound, we designed a short range high precision measuring systemwithout blind area.
