摘要
目的研究对于CCU危急症患者提供三维护理管理模式的应用效果。方法将该院CCU(冠心病重症监护室)科室于2015年3月—2015年11月间收治47例重症患者,作为常规组,为患者提供一般科室护理服务流程;于2015年12—2016年6月间收治47例重症患者,作为观察组,科室实施三维护理管理模式,总结两组患者对护理服务满意度、总结两组患者接受抢救、用药及检查时间。结果常规组患者满意度为76.60%,观察组为93.62%,观察组患者满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。常规组患者接受抢救、用药及检查用时均高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论为CCU科室患者提供三维护理管理模式,大部分患者均表示对管理模式感到满意,且抢救、用药及检查时间均缩短,工作效率较高。
Objective To research the application effect of three-dimensional nursing management model in rescue of criti-cally ill patients in CCU. Methods 47 cases of severe patients admitted and treated in CCU from March 2015 to November 2015 were selected as the routine group and they were given the general nursing service process, 47 cases of severe patients admitted and treated from November 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group, and were given the three-dimensional nursing management model, and the nursing service satisfactory degree, rescue, medication and examination time of the two groups were summarized. Results The satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group, (76.60% vs 93.62%)(P〈0.05), and the rescue, medication and examination time in the routine group was higher than that in the observation group (P〈0.05). Con clusion Most patients in CCU are satisfied with the three-dimen-sional nursing management model, and the rescue, medication and examination time is shortened, and the work efficacy is higher.
