摘要
对引自国际干旱地区农业研究中心(ICAIDA)的80份裸大麦种质材料进行了黄花叶病抗性的鉴定,并研究其与部分农艺性状的相关性。结果表明,供试的裸大麦品种(系)对大麦黄花叶病的抗性存在显著差异,从中筛选出5份高抗大麦黄花叶病且综合农艺性状优良的品系,包括INBON-HI-17、INBON-HI-26、INBON-HI-33、INBON-HI-50、INBON-HI-58,为江苏地区特色裸大麦品种的选育提供优良的资源材料。
The present study evaluated the resistance to yellow mosaic disease in 80 naked barley varieties (lines) introduced from International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA) in the field of a Jiangsu coastal area, and analyzed the correlation between their resistance to yellow mosaic disease and agronomic traits. The results showed that the resistance to yellow mosaic disease in 80 naked barley varieties (lines) were different significantly, and five of the introduced lines, including INBON-HI-17、 INBON-HI-26、 INBON-HI-33、 INBON-HI-50、 INBON-HI-58, were shown to have strong resistance to yellow mosaic disease and excellent comprehensive agronomic characters; thus, they can be used as parental materials for breeding distinctive naked barley varieties in Jiangsu costal areas.
