摘要
目的对耳鼻喉急性感染及术后疼痛的临床治疗效果进行分析。方法方便收集2015年3月—2016年6月耳鼻喉急性感染及术后疼痛患者100例,随机分两组。芬太尼组给予芬太尼透皮贴剂进行治疗,扶他林组采用扶他林进行治疗。比较两组患者耳鼻喉急性感染术后疼痛缓解率;皮肤过敏、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率;治疗前和治疗后患者VAS评分、生活质量评分的差异。结果扶他林组患者耳鼻喉急性感染术后疼痛缓解率96.00%高于芬太尼组76.00%(P<0.05);扶他林组皮肤过敏、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率8.00%低于芬太尼组32.00%(P<0.05);治疗前两组VAS评分、生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后扶他林组VAS评分、生活质量评分(2.18±0.21)分、(92.52±4.59)分优于芬太尼组(3.41±0.59)分、(80.98±4.34)分(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻喉急性感染及术后疼痛给予扶他林临床治疗效果确切,可有效缓解疼痛,无严重不良反应,可提升患者生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of acute infection of otorhinolaryngology and postoperative pains. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute infection of otorhinolaryngology and postoperative pains admitted and treated from March 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, the fentanyl group were treated with fentanyl transdermal system, while the voltaren group were treated with voltaren, and the acute infection of otorhinolaryngology and postoperative pains relief rate, incidence rate of adverse reactions and differences in the VAS score and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative pains relief rate of acute infection of otorhinolaryngology in the voltaren group was higher than that in the fentanyl group(96.00% vs 76.00%)(P<0.05), the incidence rate of adverse reactions such as skin sensibility and nausea and vomiting in the voltaren group was lower than that in the fentanyl group(8.00% vs 32.00%)(P<0.05), and there were no obvious differences in the VAS score and quality of life between the voltaren group and fentanyl group[(2.18±0.21)points,(92.52±4.59)points vs(3.41±0.59) points,(80.98±4.34)points(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment effect of voltaren in treatment of acute infection of otorhinolaryngology and postoperative pains is definite, which can effectively relieve pains without severe adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients, and it is worth promotion and application.
