摘要
改革开放后,中国经济发展不仅实现一个"经济奇迹",而且也孕育着宝贵的经济理论资源。中国特色社会主义政治经济学就是要开发这一资源,在马克思主义政治经济学创新上取得新突破,在经济思想史发展中增加新成果。构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学是一个系统工程,需要确定其研究对象,也需要明确其核心理论,更需要进一步构建一个理论框架。为此,吸收马克思主义政治经济学的重要思想,借鉴西方经济学的有益成果,更重要的是探究中国特色社会主义道路,是最终构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系的理论支点和现实依托。当然,坚持理论创新也是不可或缺的一个前提,树立中国经济学者的使命感又是加快这一进程的动力。所有这些都表明,中国特色社会主义政治经济学是一个时代的要求,也是经济学适应时代要求的创新。
After the reform and opening,Chinese economic development is not only to achieve a 'economic miracle',but also possess precious resources of economic theory. Socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics is to develop the resources to achieve new breakthroughs in innovation of Marxist political economy,and add new achievements to the development of history of economic thoughts. Building socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics is a systematic project,which needs to confirm its research object and its core theories. What's more,it needs to build a theoretical framework. To this end,we should absorb the important thoughts of Marxist political economy,and refer to the beneficial results of western economics. What's more important is that we should explore the road of Chinese socialism. They are the theoretical fulcrum and actual base of the final building of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.Adhering to the theoretical innovation,of course,is also an indispensable premise. In addition,establishing Chinese economists' sense of mission is a power of the process. All these show that socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics demands our time and innovation about economics to adapt to the times.
