摘要
漳州东立交桥为特大型三层纺锤形定向互通式立交桥,整体爆破拆除工程具有复杂环境,待爆破桥墩数众多,匝道间上、下交错网路难以保护的特点。为确保该爆破拆除工程安全准爆、满足减振和良好破碎效果要求,设计了以电子雷管为主、导爆管雷管接力为辅的联合复式起爆网路,并应用可靠度理论对该网路的可靠度进行了分析计算。实践证明,采用的起爆网路准爆可靠,达到预期的减振和良好破碎效果,爆破取得了圆满成功,可供同类工程借鉴使用。
Zhangzhou East overpass is a super-large overpass which has three-tier spindle oriented interchange.It contained the characteristics of complex environment,numerous bridge piers and difficult to protect the network between the upper and lower interlaced ramps.In order to ensure the safety and explosion of the blasting and demolition project, to meet the requirements of vibration reduction and good crushing effect, a combined double detonation network mainly with electronic detonators and auxiliary with nonel detonators were designed.The reliability theory was applied to analyse and calculate the network.Practice proved that the use of detonation network quasi-explosion was reliable, the desired vibration and good crushing effect were achieved.The blast achieved a complete success and it could be a reference for similar projects.
