摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症患者脑部透明隔腔的CT表现及临床意义。方法方便选取该院2014年5月—2016年6月这两年间进行治疗的精神病患者300例,根据患者是否患有精神分裂疾病分为有200例为精神分裂症患者的实验组A,其他精神病患者的实验组B。选取100例进行体检的健康人为对照组。所有参与实验的人均进行颅脑CT检验,分析所有实验人员的脑部透明隔腔的情况。结果实验组A的脑部透明隔腔的检出率(9%)与实验组B(4%)和对照组的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。处于16~30岁间的患者检出透明隔腔的有12例,透明隔腔检出率为66.7%,而处于31~50岁,>51岁这3个时间段的患者透明隔腔检出率均为11.1%,年龄段中各段年龄的比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑部透明隔腔的检出率与患者的精神分裂症有关,透明隔腔的出现可能是出现精神疾病的一个原因。
Objective To d iscu ss th e CT manifes tat io n an d c l in ic a l sign if ic an ce of b ra in cavum septi p e l lu c id i of p a t ien ts with ch ro n ic d eme n t ia. Methods Convenient s ele ct ion 300 c a se s of p a t ien ts with m en ta l d iso rd e r in our h o sp i ta l from May 2014 to Ju n e 2016 were se le c ted and div id ed into two groups ac co rd in g to w he th er th e p a tien ts were with sch izo p hren ia d is-ease or n o t, 200 c a se s of p a t ien ts were se le c ted as th e group A, while th e oth er 100 c a se s of p a t ien ts were se le c ted as the group B, an d 100 c a se s of h ea lth y p ersons were se le c ted as th e control group, an d a l l persons involved in th e ex p erim en t were given th e b ra in CT te s t, an d th e b ra in cavum sep ti p e l lu c id i of a l l ex p erim en ta l staf f was an a ly z ed . Results The d iffer-ence in th e te s t ra te of b ra in cavum septi p e l lu c id i b etwe en th e group A an d th e group B h ad s ta t is t ic a l s ignif ic ance （9% vs 4%）（ P 〈0.05）, 12 c a se s of p a t ien ts aged from 16 to 30 were te s ted with cavum sep ti p e l lu c id i, an d th e te s t ra te of cavum septi pe l luc idi was 66.7%, an d th e te s t ra te of cavum sep ti p e l lu c id i p a t ien ts aged from 31 to 50 an d more th an 51 years old was 11.1%, and th e d ifferenc e b etwe en different age groups had s ta t is t ic a l s ig n if ic a n c e（P 〈0.05）.
