某有阀式脉动喷气发动机的实验研究与数值仿真

摘要 为了研究某亥姆霍兹型有阀式脉动喷气发动机的工作特性在已有实验台基础上完善了实验台和测试系統。在发动机自吸油的情况下,对动机进行了多次的点火启动实验,测量了有关发动机的壁温、燃气压力以及其他相关特性参数。而后研究了在改变油箱高度从而间接改变发动机自吸油流量的情况下,供油流量大小对发动机燃气压力以及其他参数的影响。实验结果表明随着燃油流量的增加发动机的燃气压力随之升高,壁温和其他参数的值也相应的发生了变化。此外,建立了发动机的三维模型別用CFX软件对发动机的燃烧过程进行了仿真计算。仿真计算得到的结果与实验的结果较为吻合,从而也验证了计算模型的正确性。 In order to investigate a helmholtz-type pulse jet engine's performance, the experimental station and the test system were perfected on the basis of existing.With the condition of engine's self suction, the engine was repeatedly started to measure the engine's gas pressure, wall temperature and other characteristics parameters.And by changing the height of the fuel tank to change the engine' flux from the self suction, the influence of fuel's flux was studied to the engine's gas pressure and other characteristics parameters.The experimental results showed that the engine's gas pressure increased with the increase of fuel's flux, by the same time, the other characteristics parameter changed.The 3D model of the engine was established, and the working process of the engine was simulated by CFX.The engine's simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results, so the correctness of the model is verified.
