响应调峰需求下梯级电站水库防洪调度方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 响应调峰需求下,当前梯级电站水库防洪调度方法只考虑防洪安全调度问题,未充分利用洪水资源。提出一种新的梯级电站水库防洪调度方法,给出梯级水库调峰需求模型,将模糊优选理论应用于梯级电站水库防洪调度中,给出梯级电站水库防洪调度目标函数,主要包括总发电量最大目标函数、占用防洪库容最小目标函数、理想末水位与调度末水位绝对值之差最小目标函数和总弃水量最小目标函数。将调峰需求目标函数看作约束条件,和上述目标函数共同构成梯级电站水库防洪调度目标函数。通过决策者经验知识的二元比较量化原理和方法对权重进行确定,通过模糊优选模型求解目标函数,从而获取不同方案针对优方案的隶属度,依据隶属度最大原则获取最优方案。实验结果表明,所提方法具有很高的调度性能,能够有效利用洪水资源。 Responsed under load demand, the current method of reservoir flood dispatching of cascade hydro-power stations only consider the flood control safety scheduling problem, not make full use of flood resources. Put forward a new method for reservoir flood dispatching of cascade hydropower stations, the cascade reservoirs is given load demand model, the fuzzy optimization theory is applied to reservoir flood dispatching of cascade hydropower stations, reservoir flood dispatching of cascade hydropower stations is given objective function. The maximum total capacity mainly includes the objective function, take up the flood control capacity of minimum objective function. The ideal water level and at the end of the scheduling objective function are minimum water level at the end of the absolute value of the difference and the total quantity minimum objective function. Will load demand of the objective function as constraint conditions, and the objective function with reservoir flood dispatching of the objective func-tion. Quantified by policymakers empirical knowledge of binary comparison principle and method to determine the weights, with fuzzy optimization model to solve the objective function, so as to obtain the membership degree of dif-ferent scheme for optimal solution, according to the biggest membership degree principle to obtain the optimal solu-tion. The experimental results show that the proposed method has the very high scheduling performance, can effec-tively use of flood resources.
