摘要
在现代工业中,模具制造是其中的基础性产业,对现代工业的发展起到重要的作用。通过分析模具制作过程中的热加工技术,可知有效的热加工过程对于模具制造的质量有直接影响。决定模具质量以及使用周期涉及的要素有力学品质、使用周期以及制造成本等。论文主要对热处理工艺下模具制造过程的应用进行了分析,以期制造出质量上乘的模具,为工业发展服务。
In the modern industry, mould manufacturing is one of the fundamental industry, have an important impact on the development of modern industry. Analysis in the process of mould making hot working technology, which can be effectively hot working process for mold manufacture directly impact the quality of the conclusions. Decided to mold quality and cycle involves the elements of an effective learning quality, life cycle and manufacturing cost etc. In this paper, based on the application of heat treatment process of mould manufacturing process are analyzed, in order to produce good quality mould and development services for industry.
