摘要
目的探究术前开展护理干预对脑瘤患者不良情绪的影响。方法将在我院接受手术治疗的脑瘤患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规的术前护理,观察组则接受术前护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者焦虑评分(59.25±2.56)分、抑郁评分(58.83±2.47)分,低于对照组的(65.46±2.42)分、(64.86±2.28)分,治疗依从率93.55%,高于对照组的74.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前护理干预有利于缓解脑瘤患者的不良情绪,提高治疗依从性。
Objective To explore the influence of preoperative nursing intervention on the negative emotion of patients with brain tumor. Methods The patients with brain tumor in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group, the control group received routine preoperative care, the observation group received preoperative nursing intervention, compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results Patients with anxiety score （59.25±2.56）,depression score （58.83±2.47） lower than the control group （65.46±2.42）, （64.86±2.28）, the treatment compliance rate of 93.55%, higher than 74.19% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative nursing intervention is helpful to alleviate the bad mood of patients with brain tumor and improve the treatment compliance.
