摘要
目的研究和分析胃痛的中医证治规律。方法收集选取2013年1月—2017年1月我院李维民全国名老中医药传承工作室收治的胃痛患者60例为研究对象,通过中医证治分型为4类,即脾胃虚寒型、胃阴亏虚型、肝气犯胃型、胃络瘀阻型,均采用不同的方药进行治疗。结果经1个疗程的中医证治后,60例患者中,22例痊愈,占比36.67%;20例显效,占比33.33%;16例好转,占比26.67%;2例无效,占比3.33%。结论胃痛采用中医证治后,针对不同的类型可采取不同的方药,且治疗效果十分显著。
Objective To study and analyze the rule of TCM treatment of stomachache.
