摘要
目的分析超声乳化吸除与房角分离术联合治疗白内障合并急性原发闭角型青光眼的效果。方法选取我院2014年2月—2016年5月收治的80例(81眼)白内障合并急性原发闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组40例(41眼)与对照组40例(40眼),实验组采用白内障超声乳化吸除及人工晶体植入联合房角分离术;对照组采用常规白内障手术。比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组眼压为(14.6±2.4)mm Hg,房角为(67±7)°,前房深度为(3.4±0.4)mm,优于对照组(20.9±2.1)mm Hg、(192±8)°、(2.9±0.4)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化吸除术与房角分离术联合治疗白内障合并急性原发闭角型青光眼,安全有效。
Objective To analyze ultrasonic emulsification gettering combined with the corner separation technique for the treatment of cataract and acute primary angle-closure glaucoma. Methods Select our hospital from February 2014 to May 2016 treated 80 cases （81 eyes） of cataract combined with acute primary angle-closure glaucoma patients as the research object, were randomly divided into experimental group 40 cases （41 eyes） and control group 40 cases （40 eyes）, the experimental group USES the cataract ultrasonic emulsification gettering and artificial lens implantation united corner separation. The control group using conventional cataract surgery. Compare two groups of therapeutic effect. Results The intraocular pressure of the experimental group was （14.6 ± 2.4） mmHg, and the angle of the chambel： was （67 ± 7）°, the anterior chamber depth was （3.4 ± 0.4） mm. The results were better than those in the control group （20.9 ± 2.1） mmHg, （192 ± 8）°, （2.9 ± 0.4） mm, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasonic emulsification gettering technique and corner separation combination therapy, safe and effective.
