摘要
目的:了解全国流动人口产妇分娩住院流向及其影响因素,为相关政策的制定提供参考依据。方法:利用单因素分析和二元logistic回归分析法对2014年国家卫生计生委全国流动人口动态监测数据进行分析。结果:年龄、民族、受教育程度、住房来源、基本医疗保险类型以及流动类型和流动时间对流动人口分娩住院地点选择有影响;户口性质、社会经济因素和流动因素对流动人口分娩住院机构级别选择有影响。结论:基本医疗保险类型影响流动人口分娩住院地点的选择,但不影响住院机构级别,社会经济因素影响流动人口分娩住院机构级别的选择。
Objective： To investigate the inpatient care seeking behavior due to childbirth and the influencing factors among internal migrants in China, so as to provide references for the related policies. Methods： Univariate and binary logistic regressions were used to analyze the data of National Internal Migrant Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey in 2014. Results： Age, nationality, education level, housing source, the type of basic medical insurance, and the type and time of the flow of migrant pregnant women had influence on the choice of the hospital admission sites. Whereas the status of the registered residency, socioeconomic factors and the migrant status were found to have relationships with the choice of the levels of admission institutions. Conclusion： The type of basic medical insurance of migrant pregnant women influences the choice of admission sites instead of admission institution levels. The socioeconomic factors of those people have effects on the choices of different levels of the medical institutions.
