摘要
为了提高综采面整体开采效率,首先对原有单体超前支护技术进行受力和变形监测,分析单体超前支护存在的问题。其次研究超前液压支架支护技术的优点,并运用数值模拟技术分析2种支护技术的特点,并重点分析优化超前液压支架支护的最佳工况条件。最后,现场实践结果表明,超前液压支架较好地适应了综采面,满足了现场生产的需求。
In order to improve the mining efficiency of fully mechanized mining face,first monitoring the stress and deformation of the original single prop,analysis of the existing problems of the single leading support. Secoadiy,study the advantages of advanced hydraulic support technology and using the numerical simulation technology to analyze the characteristics of the two kinds of supporting technology, especially analysis and optimize the best working conditions of hydraulic support.Finally, the result of the field practice shows that the advanced hydraulic support is suitable for the fully mechanized coal mining efficiency and meet the needs of the field production.
