双极等离子电切治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨双极等离子电切治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的临床优势。方法选择2014年5月—2016年5月我院经双极等离子电切术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者40例纳入观察组,并选择同期采用常规手术治疗的40例非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者纳入对照组。比较两组患者手术相关指标。结果观察组术中出血量小,住院时间及尿管留置时间短,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组复发1例,对照组复发3例。两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)结论双极等离子电切术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌安全性高、手术创伤小,恢复快,还有可能减少术后复发率。 Objective To investigate the clinical advantages of bipolar plasmakinetic resection in the treatment of non muscle invasive bladder cancer. Methods From May 2014 to May 2016, in our hospital, after plasmakinetie resection of non muscle invasive bladder cancer patients with 40 cases in the observation group, and selected by the conventional surgical treatment of 40 cases of non muscle invasive bladder cancer patients in the control group.Two groups of patients with surgery related indicators were compared. Results In the observation group, the amount of bleeding in the operation was small, the length of stay in hospital and the indwelling time of catheter were shorter, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). In the observation group, 1 cases recurred, while the control group recurred in 3 cases. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05) Conclusion Bipolar plasmakinetic resection for the treatment of invasive bladder cancer is safe, minimally invasive, quick recovery, and may reduce the recurrence rate.
