摘要
丁腈橡胶耐油性、耐磨性、耐溶剂性和耐性能均优异,而丁腈橡胶的快速硫化产品的制备,可以通过在丁腈橡胶后处理阶段加入硫化促进剂的方式制备快速硫化丁腈橡胶产品,本文并通过对比不同的的促进剂加入方式,以及不同的促进剂使用量,研究了促进剂加入的最佳方式及不同的促进剂用量对产品硫化性能的影响。
Nitrile rubber oil resistance, abrasion resistance, solvent resistance and tolerance are excellent, and fast curing products of nitrile rubber were prepared through in the postprocessing stage with nitrile rubber vulcanization accelerator were prepared by means of rapid vulcanization of nitrile rubber products, this paper through the comparison of different promoters and different adding ways. Promoter usage, the best way to study the effect of adding an accelerator and different accelerator dosage on the curing performance of the products.
