摘要
信息搜寻是连接资源、系统、服务和用户的关键。采用问卷调查和访谈方法对中国人民大学图书馆人文学科用户的信息搜寻行为进行调研,从搜寻目的、途径方法、用户偏好、搜寻满意度、寻求帮助、影响因素、移动搜寻等方面分析其特点,从而对人文学科服务提出建议。
Information seeking is the key for resources,system,service and users. This paper investigates the information seeking behaviour among humanities users of the library of Renmin University of China based on questionnaire survey and interview methods, reveals some characteristic of their seeking goals, approaches, user preference, seeking satisfaction, seeking help, affecting factors, mobile seeking and puts forward some proposals.
