摘要
目的探讨血清睾酮(T)/促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)及LH水平检测在诊断睾丸生精作用中的价值。方法 55例原发性不育检查患者作为不育组,根据患者精子密度多少将其分为少精组(32例)、特发性无精组(2例)、极度少精组(21例)。并选取同期体检的55例健康男性为对照组。对所有患者均进行T/LH、FSH、LH水平进行测试,比较患者的各项水平。结果不育组患者的FSH为(20.43±2.62)U/L,LH为(10.71±4.92)U/L,明显高于对照组的(4.31±0.57)U/L、(6.02±3.76)U/L(P<0.05);对照组的T/LH为(1.26±0.56),明显高于不育组的(0.67±0.43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。特发性无精组患者的FSH和LH激素水平明显高于极度少精组和少精组,极度少精组高于少精组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);少精组的T/LH激素水平明显高于极度少精组和特发性无精组,极度少精组高于特发性无精组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FSH、T/LH与LH水平在临床上对睾丸生精作用检测的过程中十分重要,能够帮助临床医生充分的了解不育症患者睾丸生精的作用,临床应用价值较高,已经成为衡量不孕症患者睾丸生精水平的重要指标。
Objective To investigate value of serum testosterone (T)/luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle- stimulating hormone (FSH) and LH levels in diagnosis of testicle spermatogensis. Methods A total of 55 patients in primary infertility examination as infertility group were divided by their sperm density into oligospermia group (32 cases), idiopathic aspermia group (2 cases) and extreme oligospermia group (21 cases). There were 55 healthy male in physical examination as control group. Detection was made on T/LH, FSH and LH levels in all patients for comparison. Results The infertility group had obviously higher FSH as (20.43 ± 2.62) U/L and LH as (10.71 ± 4.92) U/L than (4.31 ± 0.57) U/L and (6.02 ±3.76) U/L (P〈0.05), while the control group had much higher T/LH as (1.26 ± 0.56) than (0.67 ± 0.43) in the infertility group, and their difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The idiopathic asperrnia group had obviously higher FSH and LH levels than the extreme oligospermia group and the oligospermia group, and the extreme oligospermia group had higher FSH and LH levels than the oligospermia group. Their difference all had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The oligospermia group had obviously higher T/LH level than the extreme oligospermia group and the idiopathic aspermia group, and the extreme oligospermia group had higher T/LH level than the idiopathic aspermia group. Their difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion FSH, T/LH and LH levels act as important roles in clinical detection of testicle spermatogensis. As essential indexes for measuring testicle spermatogensis level in infertility patients, they are helpful to provide comprehensive understanding of testicle spermatogensis in infertility patients for clinicians, along with high value for clinical application.
