摘要
管仲故里,唯一可见的是司马迁《史记·管晏列传》"管仲夷吾者,颍上人也"的记载。但颍上划属哪个国家,地处哪个方位,仅凭《史记》无从知晓。《左传》成公十六年载"诸侯迁于颍上"、《晋书·赵王伦齐王冏列传》载"泓乘胜至于颍上",文献中提到的这两个"颍上"均位于今河南许昌禹州至漯河临颍之间,管仲故里大概就在这一区域之内的颍水流经的某个地方。隋代在今安徽阜阳境内新置颍上县,与《史记》所载"颍上"不是同一个地方。隋代的颍上县,在汉代置慎县,春秋时为楚邑,是《左传》哀公十六年所载"吴人伐慎"的慎地,汉以前并不把这个地方称为"颍上"。明清一些学者认为管仲故里在隋置的颍上县,梁启超认为管仲故里在春秋齐国境内,均于史无考,不能相信。
＂ Guan Zhong was born in Yingshang＂ in the Records of History is the only visible record on Guan Zhong＇s hometown.But some thing, such as which state Yingshang belonged to, where Yingshang was located, cann＇t be explained if we only relied on theRecords of History. According to ＂Princes moved to Yingshang＂ recorded in Zuozhuan and ＂ Hong chase enemy into Yingshang＂ , wecan know that the location of Yingshang is between Yuzhou in Xuchang and Linying in Luohe of Henan province. Yingshang county setup in Fuyang of Anhui province by Sui Dynasty is different from ＂Yingshang＂ mentioned in the Records of History. Yingshang county inSui Dynasty was called Shen county in Hart Dynasty, and was a town in Chu. It was also the place called Shen in Zuozhuan. Somescholars in Ming and Qing Dynasties thought that Guan Zhong＇s hometown was Yingshang county set up in Sui Dynasty, Liang Qichaothought that it was in Qi in Spring and Autumn period. Due to insufficient evidence, their views are not credible.
