摘要
为了降低Cr^(3+)对环境的危害,研究中采用共沉淀法制备铬绿色料粉体。对前驱体氢氧化铬的合成及其热处理过程进行了探讨。采用XRD、CIE-L*a*b*、FT-IR测试技术对粉体的相组成、色度和物质分子基团等进行了表征。获得了较为完整的制备工艺条件,并且以氨水作为沉淀剂制备的色料前驱体在1100℃高温下煅烧,得到的铬绿色料的色度值(L*=55.62,a*=-11.87,b*=16.19)效果与结晶度较好。
In order to reduce the harm of Cr3+ to the environment, we prepared chrome green pigment using co- precipitation method. The synthesis of hydrogen chrome oxide precursor and the process of thermal decomposition were discussed. The phase composition, chroma and molecular groups of the powder were characterized by XRD, CIE- L*a*b*, FT-IR testing technology. An integrated preparation technology was obtained, the pigment precursor agent prepared by precipitation of ammonia sintered at 1100℃ . Chromatic values of Cr2O3 green pigments (L*=55.62, a*=-11.87, b*=16.19) were better, and the sample had a good crystaUinity.
