摘要
张道宗教授认为面瘫多由于正气不足,经脉空虚,风邪夹痰夹瘀乘虚入中面部阳明少阳脉络,致使气血痹阻、经气不通、筋脉失养纵缓不收而发生口眼歪斜。治疗首选针灸,把握时机,分期施治,原则性与灵活性相结合,参照解剖选穴。治疗法中有法,遵法而不拘泥于古法,临证灵活变通,手法各异。
Professor ZHANG believes that the reason of causing facial paralysis lies to insufficient anti- pathogenic energy and invalid weak meridians. As evil wind attaching phlegm and stasis enters into facial meridians called Yangming and Shaoyang, it can eventually lead to facial paralysis by undergoing Qi and blood blockade, Qi impassability of meridians, and tendon and vessel malnutrition. Acupuncture can be the 1st choice for the treatment. It is recommended that acupuncture should base on seizing the moment by stages with joint of principle and flexibility according to acupoint of anatomy. The new therapy originates from ancient TCM treatment but not constrained to it. Clinical differentiation varies a lot upon techniques.
