摘要
以5-(4'-甲基联苯-2-基)-1-三苯甲基-1H-四氮唑为起始原料,经溴化,烃化反应,脱保护基,中和反应,得到目标产物。经过工艺优化,最终得到的厄贝沙坦总收率为43.2%,纯度达到99.9%。
The synthetic route is starting as 5-(4'-methy1-[1,1'-bipheny1]-2-yl) -1-trityltetrazolidine. Obtain the target product after alkylation, brnmination, deprotection and neutralization. The purity of irbesartan was above 99.9 %, and the total yield was 43.2 %.
