摘要
针对我国当前消防自动巡检系统迅速推广应用,提出了将无线网络技术应用到消防巡检系统中的设想,并设计出相应的硬件和软件系统。该系统分别采用光电传感器和压力传感器采集消防水泵的转速和管道水压,再经过一系列信号处理,通过基于nRF2401芯片的无线收发模块将数据传给上位机。上位机用Labview对设备进行状态显示、报警以及数据存储等。经实验调试,该系统完全满足实际应用的要求。该设计结构简单、经济可靠,具有一定的实用价值和市场推广意义,并且具有系统兼容性和可扩展性,为后续系统升级和智能扩展提供技术平台。
Currently fire automatic inspection system is popularized rapidly in our country. An idea with wireless network technology applied to fire inspection system is proposed and the corresponding hardware and software system are designed. There are two kinds of signals collected in this system. One is the fire pump rotation speed collected by the photoelectric sensor and the other is pipe pressure col- lected by pressure sensor. After a series of signal processing, these signals are transmitted to PC by the wireless transceiver module based on nRF2401 chip. These signals are displayed, alarmed and stored in PC with Labview. The experimental results show that the system can completely satisfy the require- ments of practical application. The design is simple, economic, reliable and has market value. What's more, it provides a technology platform for the follow-up system upgrade and intelligent extension .
