摘要
采用脉冲电絮凝法处理化学镀镍漂洗水。分别将铁片和镍片作为阳极和阴极。研究了初始pH值、电流密度、极板间距和反应时间对镍离子的去除率和铁离子的质量浓度的影响。结果表明:在起始pH值7、电流密度0.8A/m^2、极板间距3cm、反应时间30min的条件下,镍离子的去除率达到99.9%,并且铁离子的质量浓度低于0.2mg/L。
Pulse-electrocoagulation method was used to treat electroless nickel plating rinse water. Iron plate and nickel plate were used respectively as anode and cathode. The effects of initial pH value, current density, plate distance and reaction time on the removal rate of nickel ions and the mass concentration of iron ions were investigated. Results showed that, under the conditions of initial pH value 7, current density 0.8 A/m2, plate distance 3 cm, reaction time 30 rain, the removal rate of nickel ions reached to 99.9%, and the mass concentration of iron ions was less than 0.2 mg/L.
