TiB_2含量对钢结硬质合金组织及性能的影响

摘要 以Ti粉、B粉、还原铁粉与羰基铁粉为原料,使用微波烧结技术原位生成了TiB_2钢结硬质合金,并研究了TiB_2含量对其组织及性能的影响。通过X衍射分析仪、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪对钢结硬质合金的物相、显微组织和元素分布进行了表征,采用显微硬度计和摩擦磨损试验仪对TiB_2钢结硬质合金的显微硬度及耐磨性进行了测试。结果表明:微波烧结技术可以制备颗粒细小的TiB_2钢结硬质合金,其相对密度均达到95%以上。随着TiB_2含量的增加,硬度显著提高,含量为40%时硬度达到1108HV0.1;随着TiB_2含量的增加,摩擦系数变化不大,但磨损体积减小,且磨损方式为粘着磨损。 An in-situ TiB2 steel-bonded cemented carbide was synthesized by microwave sintering using Ti powder, B powder, reduced iron powder and carbonyl iron powder as raw materials, and the effects of TiB2 content on microstructure and properties of the TiB2 steel-bonded cemented carbide were studied. The phase composition, micro-structure and element distribution of the steel-bonded cemented carbide were examined by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer analysis, respectively. Micro-hardness and wear resistance were also tested. The results show that the in-situ TiBz steel-bonded cemented carbide can be obtained with very fine carbide particles, and the relative density of the alloys with different contents of TiB2 is higher than 95%. With the increasing of the content of TiB2, the micro-hardness increases significantly, reaching 1108 HV0. 1 with 40% TiB2. The friction coefficient changes very small with the increasing of TiB2 content, while the wear volume decreases. SEM morphology analysis of the worn surfaces indicates adhesive wear presented between the ball and matrix.
