摘要
鉴于作为一门交叉学科的机器视觉数字图像处理技术的重要性,从机器视觉图像边缘检测技术的角度进行论述。介绍了传统和现代应用比较广泛的图像边缘检测算法如普通梯度算法、Sobel算法、Roberts算法、Prewitt算法、Canny算法、拉普拉斯算法和LOG算法等,并对各算法的优缺点进行了简要概括。随后运用MATLAB软件的图像处理模块对一例图做了图像处理仿真输出,且根据输出图像结果对各算法的特点进行论述与验证;最后对边缘检测技术的实际应用作了举例说明,以此期望对于从事图像边缘检测技术的学习与工作人员有所帮助。
In view of the importance of digital image processing technology as an interdisciplinary subject, it is presented from the perspective of machine vision image edge detection technology.The traditional and modern image edge detection algorithms widely used now are introduced such as Gradient algorithm, Sobel algorithm, Roberts algorithm, Prewitt algorithm, Canny algorithm, Laplasse algorithm and LOG algorithm, the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm are briefly summarized. Then the simulation output of a sample picture is put forword after processed by the image processing module of MATLAB software, and their characteristics are discussed and verified according to the output image;Finally, the practical applications are illustrated with some examples, expected to provide some help for the learners and staffs engaged in image edge detection technology.
