摘要 从海灰翅夜蛾核型多角体病毒 (SpliNPV)中新发现的p4 9基因可抑制病毒感染引起的草地贪夜蛾细胞Sf9的凋亡 用杆状病毒表达系统BactoBac克隆表达并收获P4 9蛋白 ,发现所测定的表达蛋白的氨基酸序列与由核苷酸推导的氨基酸序列一致 ,证明p4 9基因经克隆转染后得到正确表达 P4 9蛋白上 91TVTDG95 氨基酸序列为Caspase识别结构 比较P35和P4 9蛋白 ,两蛋白同源性约为 4 8.8% 。 The novel p 49 gene,which was found in spodoptera littoralis nucleopolyhedrovirus (SpliNPV), is able to suppress the apoptosis of spodoptera frugiperda cells (sf9) triggered by the virus. The amino acid sequence of the protein P49 expressed by Bac\|to\|Bac expression system was just the same as that deduced from the nucleotide sequence,which indicates that the expression of the protein P49 is correct. The domain \| 91 TVTD ↓ G 95 \| of the protein P49 can be recognized by caspase. The protein P49 of SpliNPV shares 48.8% amino acid identity with the anti\|apoptotiv protein P35 of AcMNPV, and both proteins have the similar amino acid sequence that can be recognized and cut by caspase.
