摘要
目的探讨早期护理干预对慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法将68例慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组34例，均了以常规治疗及护理干预，干预组在此基础上予以早期护理干预，观察1个月。于护理干预前后采用自制患者心理状况调查表评估情绪状况，护理干预后采用自制护理服务满意度调奄表评定对护理服务的满意度。结果护理干预前两组心理状况调查表评分显示患者均存在明显的焦虑症状，两组评分结果比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；护理干预后干预组心理状况调查表的食欲不佳、情绪低落、睡眠障碍、不愿配合治疗因子分均显著低于对照组（P〈0．01），护理服务满意度调查表的护患沟通、健康宣教、护理服务态度及护理操作能力网子分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论早期护理干预能有效改善慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者的不良情绪及睡眠质量，提高患者对护理服务的满意度，有利于促进患者的康复。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention on negative emotions and sleep quality of chronic bronchitis （CB） patients with emphysema. Methods Sixty-eight CB patients with emphysema were randomly assigned to two groups of 34 ones each, both groups received routine treatment and nurs ing, and on this basis intervention group was plus early nursing intervention for 1 month. Emotional con ditions were assessed with self-made psychological status questionnaire （SPSQ） before nursing interven tion and patients＇ satisfaction degrees to nursing with self made nursing service satisfaction questionnaire （SNSSQ） after nursing intervention. Results Before intervention the SPSQ scores showed that patients of both groups had obvious anxious symptoms and group difference wasn＇t significant （P〉0.05） ; after in tervention the SPSQ scores on poor appetite, dejection, sleep disorders and reluctancy to treatment were significantly lower （P〈0.01） and the SNSSQ scores on nurse-patient communication, health education, nursing service attitude and nursing performance ability higher （P〈0.01） in observation than in conlrol group. Conclusion Early nursing intervention could effectively improve unhealthy emotions and sleep quality of CB patients with emphysema, boost patients＇ satisfaction to nursing, and is beneficial to pa tients ＇ rehabilitation.
