摘要
心境稳定剂除具有抗躁狂作用外，对双相情感障碍也有稳定和预防复发作用，故又称之为情感稳定剂。心境稳定剂作为主要的精神药物类别之一早已投入临床，最早仅仅指锂盐，后来又将丙戊酸盐、卡马西平、拉莫三嗪以及近年的非典型抗精神病药也归为广义的心境稳定剂。随着有关研究的深入，今后心境稳定的应用领域可能会得到进一步拓宽。
Mood stabilizers have stabilization and relapse prevention effect on bipolar disorder besides antimanic effect, therefore are also designated as emotional stabilizer. Mood stabilizer as one of main psychotropic drugs has already been put into clinic, the first mood stabilizer is lithium only, later valproate, carbamazepine, lamotrigine and atypi cal antipsychotic drugs are classified as broad mood stabilizers. With the deepening of relevant research the future applications of mood stablizers may be further widened.
