摘要
在铅酸蓄电池的负极铅膏中分别添加一定量的5种不同的商业炭材料,对蓄电池的充放电性能及高倍率部分荷电状态下的循环性能进行了测试.利用比表面积(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)测试对这5种炭材料的结构和形貌进行了表征.结果表明,不同种类的炭材料对铅酸蓄电池的作用效果不同.高比表面积、结构疏松多孔且含有大量微孔的多级孔炭材料可在基本不影响电池容量的情况下,大大提高铅酸蓄电池在高倍率部分荷电状态下的循环寿命.
Five types of carbon materials are added in the negative paste of Lead acid batteries. Charge-discharge properties and high rate partial state of charge state (HRPSoC) cycle times are tested respectively. The carbon ma- terials are characterized by BET and SEM. The results show that different kinds of carbon materials have different impact on lead acid battery. The hierarchical porous carbon contains a great deal of micropore with loose and porous structure and high BET surface area, which makes cells to exhibit remarkable improvement in the cycle performance compared to that of the conventional cells without carbon.
