摘要
介绍了安钢焦化厂140 t/h干熄焦干熄率偏低的生产现状和存在的问题,通过对干熄炉建立模型进行热平衡分析,进而采取措施,优化干熄焦操作及控制参数,从而有效提高了干熄焦率。
The present situation and the existing problems in 140t/h CDQ production of Anyang steel was introduced ,the heat balance analysis was carried on a model of CDQ furnace, some measures were taken to optimize the CDQ operation and control parameters and effectively improve the rate of CDQ.
