摘要
Ovation专家控制系统可以与具有设备组态、诊断和记录等功能强大的AMS总线设备管理系统无缝集成,对PROFIBUS-DP总线设备进行在线组态、调试、监测、诊断及数据库事件记录,通过有效利用设备本身的诊断报警信息以及AMS系统的预测性诊断信息,显著提高总线设备的可用性。运用Ovation+AMS的集成方式管理总线设备,节省了设备初期的调试时间,简化了设备的调试和维护工作,优化了设备的性能。
This paper introduces the application and realization of seamless integration between Ovation Expert Control System and AMS Device Manager in PROFIBUS-DP field devices management, including online configuration, commissioning, monitoring, diagnostics and database event logging. The characteristics of diagnostic alarm information of field devices itself and predictive diagnostic information of AMS is used to improve the availability of field devices. Conclusion It is indicated that integration between Ovation and AMS in PROFIBUS-DP device management can help to saving the initial commissioning time, simplifying the commissioning and maintenance of the field devices, and optimizing the performance of the field devices.
