摘要
以羧甲基半纤维素钠作为分散剂,用球磨法制备水性炭黑色浆。探讨了分散剂用量、分散时间、球磨转速和炭黑用量对炭黑色浆分散性能的影响。通过测试分析炭黑粒子的大小和分散形态,确定了炭黑色浆的离心稳定性、温度稳定性和储藏稳定性。最佳制备工艺为:分散剂用量15%,分散时间90 min,球磨转速700 r/min,炭黑用量15%。制备的炭黑色浆粒径最小可达0.16μm,离心稳定性可达86.3%,具有很好的温度和储藏稳定性。
The carboxymethyl hemicellulose was used as dispersing agent, and the carbon black water paste was prepared by the ball milling method. The effects of the amount of dispersing agent, dispersing time, speed of ball milling and dosage of carbon black on the dispersion properties of carbon black paste were discussed. The centrifugal stability, temperature stability and storage stability of the carbon black paste were confirmed by testing and analyzing the size and dispersion of carbon black particles. The optimum preparation process was: the amount of dispersant was 15%, dispersion time was 90 min, ball milling speed was 700 r/min and the dosage of carbon black was 15%. The minimum dispersed particle size of the prepared carbon black paste could be up to 0.16 μm, the centrifugal stability could reach 86.3%, and its temperature stability and storage stability were good.
