摘要
近年来,涉枪案件和暴恐案件时有发生,将人民警察如何依法合理依规有效使用枪支这个问题摆在了公众视线面前。虽然按照对警察的全员轮训、战训合一的训练要求,通过训练基地的建立,提高了警察的射击能力;但因各种因素的影响,警察的枪支使用仍有诸多不妥之处。本文力求对目前存在的问题进行相关分析,并提出几点射击训练建议,以提高警察在射击训练中实战用枪的判断能力和水平能力。
In recent years, cases involving guns and cases of violence have occurred, for the people＇s police how to use firearms effectively and legally appears in front of the public eye. Although the training capacity of the police was improved through the establishment of the training base in accordance with the training requirements for the police, the training of the police, there were still many inaccuracies in the use of the police. This paper seeks to analyze the existing problems, and put forward some suggestions for shooting training to improve the ability of the police to judge and level the actual use of guns in shooting training.
