摘要
高校教学秘书工作是教学管理工作的基础，作为连接教师、学生以及高校教务的桥梁，其作用不可忽视。随着我国高校教学制度的不断改革，高校教学管理工作的矛盾不断凸显，高校教学秘书协调工作是保障教学活动有效开展的根本。基于此，提出高校教学秘书协调工作的主要内容，分析其主要特征及其职责、作用，并介绍我国高校教学秘书教学管理工作的现状及其应对措施，以期促进我国高校教育事业的快速发展。
The work of teaching secretary in colleges and universities is the foundation of teaching management. As a bridge between teachers, students and the educational administration in colleges and universities, its role cannot be ignored. With the reform of teaching system in colleges and universities, the contradiction of teaching management is continuously emerging. Therefore, teaching secretary coordination work is fundamental to guarantee efficient teaching activities to carry out. Based on this, this paper puts forward the main content of the teaching secretary coordination, analyzes its main features and its position, function, and briefly introduces the status of the current teaching management work of teaching secretary and its countermeasures so as to promote the rapid development of education undertakings in colleges and universities.
