摘要
目的建立氯地庆溶液中硫酸庆大霉素的含量测定方法,有效控制制剂质量。方法紫外分光光度法,测定波长230nm。结果硫酸庆大霉素在500μ~6000μ·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,A=0.00011C-0.0205(r=0.9995),回收率为97.9%,RSD=1.45%(n=9)。结论所建方法操作便利、专属性强,结果重现性好,适用于氯地庆溶液中硫酸庆大霉素的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of gentamicin sulfate in Loradiqin solution and control preparation quality effectively. METHODS Using a UV spectrophotometry method, the detection wave- length at 230nm. RESULTS The standard curve was linear over the range of 500μ-6000μ·mL^-1 and regression equation was A = 0. 00011 C -0. 0205 (r = 0. 9995). The average recovery was 97.9% with RSD = 1.45 % (n = 9). CONCLUSION The method is simple, with strong specificity and good reproducibility, and it could be suitable for the determination of gentamicin sulfate in Loradiqin solution.
