摘要
目的:评价化疗护理流程在肿瘤内科患者化疗中的实施效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年6月于我院肿瘤内科进行化疗的162例患者,按实施化疗护理流程的时间界点分为2组,每组81例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组采取化疗护理流程进行护理,比较2组不良反应、生存质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组不良反应发生率为6.17%,显著性低于对照组的16.05%(P<0.05);化疗前2组患者生存质量无显著性差异(P>0.05),首次和第2次化疗后均有显著性下降(P<0.01),但观察组降低幅度小于对照组;观察组化疗护理满意率为96.29%,较对照组的87.65%显著性提高(P<0.05)。结论:化疗护理流程应用于肿瘤内科患者化疗能改善护理工作效率,降低患者不良反应率,提高生存质量与满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of chemotherapy nursing process in internal patients receiving tumor chemotherapy. Methods: From January 2015 to June 2016,162 patients receiving chemotherapy in our Internal MedicineOncology were divided into two groups,81 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while those in the observation group received chemotherapy nursing process. The adverse effects,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 6. 17%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group( 16. 05%,P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before chemotherapy( P > 0. 05),but after the first and second chemotherapy,it all significantly decreased( P < 0. 01),and the observation group showed less decreased degree than the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96. 29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group( 87. 65%,P < 0. 05).Conclusion: The application of chemotherapy nursing process in patients receiving chemotherapy can improve the efficiency of nursing work,reduce the adverse reaction and enhance the quality of life and nursing satisfaction. Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application.
