摘要
目的分析研究中药联合离子导入治疗对糖尿病视网膜病变Ⅳ期玻璃体积血的临床治疗效果。方法对我院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的82例糖尿病视网膜病变患者进行研究,随机分为观察组(41例,73只眼)和对照组(41例,76只眼)。对照组患者给予口服沃丽汀进行治疗,观察组患者实施中药联合离子导入治疗,分析比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者玻璃体积血和视力改善情况均显著优于对照组;观察组患者临床治疗的总有效率为89.04%(65/73),对照组的总有效率为71.05%(54/76),两组相比差异显著(χ~2=7.49,P<0.05)。结论中药联合离子导入用于治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者Ⅳ期玻璃体积血,可以显著改善患者的玻璃体积血情况,促进患者视力的恢复,临床效果显著,具有推广价值。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese herbs combined with iontophoresis in the treatment of stage IV vitreous hemorrhage of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 82 patients with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were studied, and they were randomly divided into observation group （41 cases, 73 eyes） and control group （41 cases, 76 eyes）. Patients in the control group were treated with Voritin orally. The patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese berbs combined with iontophoresis. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.04% （65/73）, the total effective rate of the control group was 71.05% （54/76）, and there was significant difference between the two groups （X2 = 7.49, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Chinese herbs combined with iontophoresis in the treatment of stage IV vitreous hemorrhage of diabetic retinopathy can significantly improve the vitreous hemorrhage, and promote the recovery of visual acuity. The clinical effect is significant, and has clinical promotion value.
