摘要
目的通过对农村妇女宫颈癌和乳腺癌(以下简称"两癌")筛查,提高"两癌"早诊早治率,降低死亡率,提高广大农村妇女健康水平。方法 2013-2015年按照四川省卫生行政部门下达的农村妇女"两癌"筛查方案,连续3年在宜宾县、翠屏区、高县、兴文县开展35~64岁农村妇女"两癌"筛查,记录个人信息及病史进行分析。结果参加宫颈癌筛查妇女220 693例,妇科良性疾病患病率21.99%.宫颈癌前病变患病率16.67/万,宫颈癌患病率0.49/万;参加乳腺癌筛查妇女47 686例,乳腺良性疾病患病率6.8%,乳腺癌患病率4.19/万。结论开展农村妇女"两癌"筛查对早诊早治妇科良性疾病、癌前病变及宫颈癌,乳腺良性疾病及乳腺癌,以提高妇女的健康水平,普及预防知识和提高妇女自我保护意识具有重要意义,应总结经验,完善筛查制度,建立长效机制,保障农村妇女生殖健康。
Objective Through the screening of cervical cancer and breast cancer （ hereinafter referred to as ＂ two cancers＂ ） to improve the early diagnosis and treatment of two cancers, reduce mortality and improve the health level of rural women. Methods Sichuan provincial health administrative department issued the ＂ two cancers＂ screening program for rural women in 2013 -2015, for 3 consecutive years, in Yibin county, Cuiping district, Gaoxian county and Xingwen county, the rural women aged 35 - 64 years were took the screening of ＂ two cancers, their personal information and medical history were recorded. Results Cervical cancer was screening for 220 693 women, the prevalence rate of benign gynecological diseases were 21.99%. The incidence rate of cervical precancerous lesion were 16. 67/10^4, the incidence rate of cervical cancer were 0. 49/ 10^4; breast cancer screening of 47 686 women, prevalence rate of benign breast disease were 6. 8%, rate of breast cancer were 4. 19/10^4. Conclusion Two cancers screening for early diagnosis and treatment of benign gynecological diseases, precancerous lesions and cervical cancer, benign breast disease and breast cancer among rural women are necessarily , in order to improve the health level of women, the popularity of prevention knowledge and improve women＇s awareness of self - protection have great help, and also we should learn more from the experiences, improve the screening system, establish a long - term mechanism to guarantee rural
