某轻型钢楼梯结构设计及舒适度分析 被引量:4

Design and serviceability analysis of a light-weight steel staircase

摘要 对某轻型钢楼梯结构进行相关试验测试及有限元计算,并通过峰值加速度、均方根加速度等指标对该钢楼梯进行了舒适度分析。分析结果表明,浇筑混凝土面层的钢楼梯及焊接护栏与涂抹防火涂料的钢楼梯满足舒适度要求;在实际过程中不宜直接使用裸钢楼梯,宜浇筑混凝土面层。 The relevant test and finite element calculation were conducted on a light-weight steel staircase structure, and serviceability of the steel staircase was analyzed through factors of peak acceleration and root mean square acceleration. The results show that the steel staircase pouring concrete surface with welding rails and the steel staircase coated with the fireproof coating meet the serviceability requirements. In the actual engineering, it is not advisable to use the bare staircase directly, and it's suggested pouring concrete on its surface.
