道化学指数法在十氢萘储罐安全评价中的应用

摘要 超高分子量聚乙烯纤维近年来在我国得到广泛应用,以十氢萘为溶剂的干法纺丝工艺发展迅速,选择合理的方法对十氢萘储罐的安全评价具有重要的现实意义。采用道化学火灾爆炸危险指数评价法对十氢萘储罐进行安全评价,分析表明采取安全措施补偿后可以有效降低风险程度,为企业的安全管理和事故风险预防提供依据。 Ultra -high molecular weight polyethylene fiber has been widely used in our country in recent years. The dry spinning process with deeahydronaph- thalene as solvent has been rapid and the reasonable method has important practical significance for the safety evaluation of decahydronaphthalene tank. The safety evaluation of the decahydronaphthalene storage tank was carried out by using the method of Dow chemical risk detection. The analysis shows that the safety measures can effectively reduce the risk level and provide the basis for the safety management and accident risk prevention of the enterprise.
