Thermal Fixing of Photorefractive Hologram in Ce∶Fe∶LiNbO_3 and Its Relation to H^+ Concentration

摘要 对 Ce∶ Fe∶ L i Nb O3晶体的体全息信息存储和热定影进行了理论和实验研究 ,从理论上分析了对不同空间频率的体全息图进行热定影所需的最小离子数密度 ,在国内首次对铌酸锂晶体中离子数密度进行了测试 ,并在不同的记录角度条件下进行了热定影实验 。 Procedures of recording and thermal fixing of photorefractive holograms in the crystal Ce∶ Fe∶ LiNbO 3 are analyzed. The minimum ion concentration for thermal fixing in different recording conditions is discussed and for the first time at home a measurement method of H + concentration is proposed. The experimental results in different conditions accord well with our theoretical analysis.
