摘要 [目的/意义]借助价值链制定有针对性的企业反竞争情报策略,提高反竞争情报的效率。[方法/过程]首先梳理了价值链与企业反竞争情报策略之间的关联,进而构建了价值链导向的企业反竞争情报策略矩阵(VC-CCI策略矩阵),将企业反竞争情报策略归纳为稳健策略、迷惑策略、激进策略和防御策略,并给出了VC-CCI策略矩阵的工作原理。[结果/结论]以交通银行的反竞争情报策略选择为实证分析对象,构建了交通银行的VC-CCI策略矩阵,并据此给出了相应的反竞争情报策略。研究表明,本研究所拟定的策略矩阵定量特征更明显、操作流程更简便有效。 [ Purpose/Significance] Using value chain to formulate and select a targeted counter competitive intelligence(CCI) strategy, this paper aims to improve the efficiency of counter competitive intelligence. [ Method/Process ] First, the relationship between value chain and CCI strategy is analyzed, then the VC-CCI strategy matrix is constructed based on value chain theory, and the CCI strategy is classified into robust strategy, confusing strategy, radical strategy and defense strategy, finally the working principle of VC-CCI strategy matrix is proposed. [ Result/Conclusion] Taking CCI strategy selection for Bank of Communications (BOCOM) as an empirical study ob- ject, this paper constructs the VC-CCI strategy matrix of BOCOM, and the corresponding CCI strategy was given. The results show that the quantitative characteristics of VC-CCI strategy matrix are more obvious, and the operation processes are more simple and effective.
